“At first I thought it was good for 93 yo Mom. But then, they gave her 17 medications that were for another patient! THESE WERE NOT HER MEDS! This woman had to have her food pureed, how did they force so many pills into her? Her body could not recover from that ,and she died a few days later!! But the ladies that do hair and nails for them are very sweet.”

★Cyra Flanagan · 2026-01-26 · via Google

“Management yelled at me for getting paper for my office like I was going to steal the paper or something? And the CNA‘s always leave the bags from when they change the resident in the hallway smells atrocious.”
