“I didn’t want to put up a star. Doesn’t deserve even one!! Smelled very bad. Not friendly. Horrible staff. My Dad was abused here by a big man who was getting him off toilet after leaving my dementia Dad in there for an hour. My dad had bruises all over his arms. “My grandmother was placed here for rehab after a major surgery. She used the call button for hours and nobody showed up for her pain medication. Her urine bag was never changed. She called me upset at 12:30 in the morning because she Never received her pain medicine for 12 hours and she felt like she was dying from the pain. “I received a call tonight at 11:27 regarding a patient there. The people were nothing but rude when I called back. The "Head Nurse was nothing but rude" I am a health care proxy and the Nurse wouldn't even explain what meds they wanted to provide. I asked for info and I was told by her she was too busy.”
