“It was the first time I had visited my sister at The Oaks in New Bedford, MA. I found the facility neat & clean, without any offensive odors to make me ill at ease. The staff were kind, friendly & very helpful. Signage was sufficient to find my way around. From what I saw, there appeared to be quite a few attendants working with the residents.
