“When my grandmother first arrived here years ago she was in excellent care. Up until about a little over a year ago I started receiving calls about her falling numerous times a week (about 2 falls a week) and sending her out to get evaluated which is fine keep me updated, what it kept happening I asked the nurses numerous times what are they going to change to stop this from happening before she r…”
