“My father had to stay here. Admittingly when I first arrived to visit I was taken back. Sorry but the smell, the chaos, wheelchair avoidance tag, but as I visited daily the charm of the staff really sold me. The smell disappeared or my nose adjusted, not sure, but it seemed temporary and what can you do? It's just part of life. What a freaking job they have, we should all be more gracious to thos…”

“This place does not serve special diets for kidney patients or diabetics. Renal diets my menu wasx pork back 7 slices, peanut butter Jelly sandwiches, dark meat chicken, ham. Whole milk . Etc. The staff all don’t wear name tags , if the do it’s flipped backwards. Nurses don’t ask if your currently take meds, they just serve them. One tried to give me seizure medication, I never had an epi…”

They are constantly understaffed, and the employees are poorly monitored. My wife is totally blind so she gets neglected a lot. She has to beg and wait hours for a diaper change. She gets handled rough…”
