“My mother was a patient at Parkview…Excelcare for 5 years. Whatever name they are assigning to this facility, the care is the same….below Sub level. During the 5 years that my mother was there, this nursing home was sold 3 times to Venture Capital groups….. My mother was there when the new owners took over. I saw no positive changes. The diapers are paper thin, the food is simply not edible. …”

“I believe that Excel Care at Wilmington is a very low class nursing home the food is terrible n some of the aide are just there for the pay.they let there patients stay pissy all day some of there workers are not professional at all they stay on there phone n not paying the patience any mine.that why my family n I keep a eye on our love one I can say keep your eyes on your love one”
