“This place needs to learn to answer the call bell my father is currently staying here and no one responds to his call bell until 30 minutes to a hour later he has sepsis and his pressure gets elevated at times and then at times gets really low this is a safety hazard that needs to be addressed he could be calling for help because he feels his pressure dropping this will be a major lawsuit if this …”

“Upon driving to the facility I was impressed nice and clean as entering the building it was very nice and clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. Monica was the first person I saw she welcome me and ask if I had any questions with a smile. Walking to my dad's room down the hallway it smelled like urine but as I got closer it smells ok.”
