“Staff was pleasant - minimal interaction. The appearance of the halls has improved 4/18- 2nd review You need 3 levels to rate the visit. A nurse was very helpful getting chairs so we didn’t stand for the entire visit but a 78 year old female had to return the chairs to the dining room and to another patient. Maybe have folding chairs available for visitors and stored thru out Touchpoint”
